Who we are
A production company currently based in Los Angeles. Scott’s from Nebraska. Jackson’s from Kansas. The border between the two? The 40th parallel. Otherwise known as 40° N. Hence the name.
We met on the set of a Netflix comedy special, and history was made. Several music videos, commercial sets, and short films later, it’s time to embark on the journey of producing our first feature film!

Founder -- Director & WriterScott enjoys sharing a good laugh. He has won Best Director, Best Film, and Best Comedy in several film festivals, as well as being nominated in many more.
Scott has an MFA in Film & TV from the Savannah College of Art and Design and a BA in Communications from Sterling College.

Jackson is a giggle away from a good time. He has worked in many facets of film, but his passions lie in composing and sound design.
With both a marketing and an accounting degree from the University of Arkansas and his audio engineering education from Icon Collective, he’s excited to get to wear multiple hats as we try to tell the stories that mean something to all of us.
